How much has the average professional 50+ years of age unintentionally given away in time, expertise, unpaid resources in their personal and professional life since they started working?

The average six-figure earner professional I’ve worked with has given away between $200K-$500K in real-world value and services and seven-figure plus earners have given away even more.

Once I had clients tally up these numbers and clear some of the anger and resentment from all the times they sacrificed a paycheck, time and resources for others, it was staggering what an increase of focus, vision, charisma, influence, new opportunities, income, and winning connections surfaced.

But just as beautiful was how my clients began to change their story from a naive kid or victim of a greedy/unreliable business partner, client, employer and/or ex or the victim of financial sacrifices my client made for the family that needed full-time care some interesting things began to shift.

With this new model, they were able to perceive themselves differently and be more receptive to more teamwork, more profitable clients and product launches, noticeable shifts in the storefront and online businesses.

In our private and group conversations and asset growth assignments my students were learning how to bypass the inner critic that had previously focused on failure, loss, stupidity, setbacks, and reframe the conversations with themselves about their very sales team focusing only on the productive, useful traits.

New training on communication, sales, leadership training almost NEVER work at first. They usually require tweaking and adjustment as you incorporate what you learn in your business meetings, sales calls, marketing, terms, and policies. A great deal of our focus will be on doing this with minimal risk and no direct feedback or training on the challenging people that inspired you to take this training in the first place …but the risk that the challenges and setbacks that stress you out may still be present none the less.
