Thanks. I will re-listen to the show because it was high traffic time but the best thing I remember from the show was that a promise weighs more than a goal. You got your message across loud an clear.

I am a journalist and I am often writing headlines and stories so I can see how this can work.

    Thanks Isidra,
Scripting for Success and journalism/marketing goes hand in hand because the stories we tell ourselves are even more important in generating desired results than any outward marketing.

A great example is getting the confidence to place an expensive ad about my services in a publication that served my target audience and getting calls the same week from my business card in a hardware store that had been up there with no response for over a year. The great creator is certainly a comedian. 🙂

Thanks for your review of Scripting for Success.
    1. Think of your end goal -snap shot at the end of the happily ever after story
    2. Write a story in 3rd person as if already happened
ex: S/he lived in a beautiful home with his/her beloved. They loved travel adventures and living a prosperous healthy lifestyle by the water, surrounded by people they loved.
    3. Leave out any negative parts of your story or past.
    4. Make sure you write about the end result instead of saying he was working daily to earn money for his new boat. (That statement is in limbo and is not your end goal.
    5. Then title your story. ex: My Dream Come True Adventure/ Romance/ Career or anything that highlights your desired end result.
    6. Carry the story with you in your wallet or purse and read it at least twice a day and when ever you need a pick me up.
    7. The more specific and detailed you are with your ideal scenario the faster you can filter out the distractions and be alerted by your subconscious to pay attention to the opportunities you wrote about.
